(I am sure he also meant Women - I certainly do) So if food is your medicine you eat, this must be the best medicine to perform. Avoid foods that you know have a lot of calorific value. Do not even think of potato or even bread that is white. These are highly calorific and almost useless when compared to food that is healthy.
